Role Overview:
The Billing Analyst will be responsible for handling invoicing, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role requires a keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and process customer invoices with accuracy.
- Ensure timely collection and reconciliation of payments.
- Maintain financial records and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Coordinate with internal teams for invoice approvals and clarifications.
- Assist in financial reporting and compliance with tax regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
✅ 2+ years of experience in billing and invoicing.
✅ Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, or similar).
✅ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
✅ Ability to work under tight deadlines
2️⃣ AP/P2P Specialist (Accounts Payable & Procure-to-Pay)
Role Overview:
The AP/P2P Specialist will oversee vendor payments, procurement processes, and ensure smooth financial operations. The ideal candidate will have experience managing accounts payable and procurement workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
- Manage the procure-to-pay (P2P) cycle, including purchase orders and approvals.
- Maintain accurate financial records and reconciliations.
- Collaborate with vendors, procurement teams, and finance for smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other tax regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
✅ 2+ years of experience in AP/P2P roles.
✅ Knowledge of procurement, vendor management, and financial compliance.
✅ Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
✅ Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
